In Episode 110, Jacob shares with Mitchell Levy on how he started to focus on authenticity. Sarah Nagel

In the final episode (114), Mitchell and Jacob have a very interesting discussion with #ThoughtLeader Sarah Nagel, Community Outreach Manager at Sprout Social, Inc. (http://sproutsocial.com/), about millennial authenticity. Sarah notes that authenticity is about being unique and not copied, which relates to how you effectively market your organization through social networks. Jacob agrees that gaining profit must be set aside; instead, one must create a real relationship with people, as it is a good investment. Connection or friendship must go beyond online, and you must meet the people personally for a deeper friendship.
