Kelley Steven-Waiss serves as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources where she is responsible for the Company’s global human capital strategies. Kelley oversees every aspect of Extreme Networks’ talent management strategy, including all global staffing, compensation, employee communications, talent development, and business partnering. She excels in aligning people and resources to effectively execute the business strategy. Kelley has 20 years of executive management experience in human resources, change management, and corporate communications. She excels in aligning people and resources to meet business goals in addition to staff development and recruiting. Kelley comes to Extreme Networks from Integrated Device Technology (IDT) where she served as Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources. Prior to IDT, Kelley was Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources for PMC-Sierra. She has also held executive management and consulting positions in large global consulting firms, public software and retail companies. Kelley earned her MA in human resources and organizational development from the University of San Francisco and a BA in journalism from the University of Arizona.

Bilal Jaffery is an award-winning industry recognized digital executive with a 10+ year track record in successful digital transformation of top tier brands like IBM, Bell Canada, Siemens Enterprise Communications & Extreme Networks. He is a 2x Forrester Groundswell Winner for best digital projects in the world. Executive Chairman at Digital Transformation and Experience Standards Association.

He led IBM’s Global Digital, Social Media and Community Strategy to save $100m/year and drive $1B+ in validated lead revenue. He also led Bell Canada’s first ever enterprise digital & social strategy to support B2B + B2C units across Marketing, Support, PR, Brand, Web & Strategy functions.

Some of the work has been recognized as industry’s best practices by Forrester, CRMNews, Forbes, AOL, Fast Company, Mashable, SocialMediaToday, Web 2.0 Expo, CIO Forum & in academia by U of Toronto, U of Sydney, Waterloo & U of NY and recently in “The World Gone Social” book by Ted Coine.

He is well experienced in development of holistic digital centric programs that leverage data rich & insight generating activities to increase the effectiveness of offline & online experiences. The result is a multi-channel integrated experience which increases effectiveness, relevance, and investment impact across business units. Aka Chief Digital Officer.

He started his online career in ’96 with his startup that offered streaming, email, community forums with his partner, Outblaze (now IBM).
