In this episode, Mitchell Levy, Chief Aha Instigator of the Aha Amplifier (http://AhaAmplifier.com), and his co-host for the month, #ThoughtLeader Peter Winick, founder and CEO of Thought Leadership Leverage (http://www.thoughtleadershipleverage.com), wrap up the month with a brilliant exchange of thoughts with #ThoughtLeader Larry Mohl. Larry left his career as Chief Learning Officer for Fortune 100 companies to establish his own #ThoughtLeadership company, Jubi (http://www.getjubi.com), which he describes as a celebration of achievement, a platform that learns, inspires, and more. In the conversation, Peter points out that a weaknesses of some thought leaders is their failure to appreciate and act upon the business side of delivering content. When asked how to deploy and implement a content strategy, many thought leaders are unable to deliver. For Larry, what thought leaders need is a platform that will allow them to deliver content in a way that it makes a difference and can be done easily. The last thing a thought leader wants to hear is “THD,” or “too hard to do.” Your content might be really good, but if it’s too hard to do, then it becomes a missed opportunity.

What Larry offers is a new way to deliver content. By combining learning with the principles of gamification, you can drive meaningful behavior change. He applauds the work of “instructional designers,” experts who have earned their Ph.D. in instructional design, which is basically adult learning using interactive content. This is also what his company, Jubi, has successfully achieved, as it has become something that thought leaders can use to bring content to life.
